Stroller Strides

Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates running or powerwalking, resistance exercises, and stretching. For the kiddos sing songs, blow bubbles, do learning activities, and more!

Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors. We recommend waiting until your baby is at least 6 weeks old and/or get your doctor's permission before starting this (or any) exercise program.

Stroller Barre

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format.

Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-look!

Run Club

5k -&- 10K Progressive 8 Week Training Plan for Runners.

Get to the finish line - with a SMILE!

No need to worry how, when, or where to start with a running regime. Run Club uses the help of a coach, support of a group, and weekly training plans to guide you we can cross the finish line together!

  • ZERO experience required!!
  • Meet with other Run Club Members twice a week for a group run.
  • Access to a Private Facebook group for team and coach support.
  • Get the scoop on injury prevention, nutrition tips, and running form through live group runs and our Private Facebook Page.

Body Back Mini

    1. Body Back Mini is an 4-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout.

What Does Body Back® Include?

  • 2 Workouts per week in a small group format
  • Meal Plan and Food Diary
  • Before and After fitness assessments and measurements
  • Online coaching and support

The workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence. Moms all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible.

Fit4Mom Village

Support. Connect. Empower. Make a difference. FIT4MOM is proud to offer, "Fit4Mom's Village". Women, especially moms, are invaluable change agents. Our Fit4Mom's Club harnesses this power through its 'Moms with a Mission' program. This program is directed at helping better the communities in which each of you live and play through organized activities focused on giving back to children, families and the environment. There is tremendous power in moms coming together for a cause. Join us. Make a difference.

Each month your Fit4Mom's Club will host play dates, moms' nights out and activities for you and your family.

We LOVE gettin' active with the kiddos! From Mini Stroller Strides Classes, to sensory play, to scavenger hunts.. we cover all the bases -&- ensure loads of fun!

Fit4Mom Personal Training

FITMOM offers Personal Training! Our nationally certified personal trainers have dual certifications in both personal training and at least one FIT4MOM certification. We offer personal training to the pre-post natal client and to moms at any stage of motherhood.

Our personal trainers will work with you to reach your personal goals at the location and time that works best for you. Can't get a sitter? No problem! Bring your baby along in the stroller or do your workout in the comfort of your own home.

Want to workout with a friend? We can train groups up to 4 at a time for a fun personal training experience at a lower cost.
