I have a beautiful, sweet and spicy daughter, Jaylee. My husband is a hard-working, family-man named Jedidiah. Together we are the Shepherd tribe.

We recently relocated to Orange County from Big Bear Lake, Cali and our little family could not be happier! I am a small-town girl at heart, but the heart of my tribe thrives in the city.

When we moved the FIRST thing I researched was local Stroller Strides classes. Fit4Mom Tustin/Irvine. This group of moms has completely changed my life for the better & created bonds I never imagined to be possible in the chaotic world of motherhood.

As moms we are constantly giving and multitasking, with zero privacy or personal time. We sacrifice showers, sleep, meals, and with that our health and spirit slowly drift away from us. We go through phases of not feelIng like our true selves, because we are constantly giving pieces of ourselves to the people who mean the most to us.

Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Fit4Baby & Running Coach certified

Rachel has been a member of Stroller Strides/Fit4Mom since 2013 and is an Instructor in Stroller Strides, Fit4Baby, Stroller Barre and Run Club! She is an active mom to two boys, Parker and Hunter. She believes that working out can be fun and likes to put together creative yet challenging workouts. She has completed multiple half marathons and has a passion for Pilates and Dance. Rachel is beyond thankful to have found a village of other moms to call home and can’t wait to help you reach your fitness goals!


Body Back, Stroller Strides & Fit4Baby Certified

Kelly has been a member of Fit4Mom since 2013 and is a certified instructor for Stroller Strides, Fit4Baby, & Body Back. Her & her husband have two very active children Maverick & Savannah.

Stroller Strides has become the answer to her “Perfect Moms Group”, incorporating fitness, social occasions, and playgroups for her children. Just as important, she has found a group of strong and supportive women that she can call friends. Fitness & Athletics have always had a very large presence in her life from growing up playing volleyball, soccer, pole vault, swim, crew (rowing) to running a marathon in Greece and multiple ½ marathons before and after pregnancy. Besides spending time with her family, she enjoys running and playing sand volleyball in her free time.

Kelly believes that everyone is deserving of a strong mind & body and absolutely loves helping women attain their goals through the Fit4mom family!
