Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Fit4Baby & Running Coach certified
Rachel has been a member of Stroller Strides/Fit4Mom since 2013 and is an Instructor in Stroller Strides, Fit4Baby, Stroller Barre and Run Club! She is an active mom to two boys, Parker and Hunter. She believes that working out can be fun and likes to put together creative yet challenging workouts. She has completed multiple half marathons and has a passion for Pilates and Dance. Rachel is beyond thankful to have found a village of other moms to call home and can’t wait to help you reach your fitness goals!
