Body Well is an 8-week results based journey designed specifically for moms. We focus on nutrition, fitness, and meditation to improve your overall wellbeing and health. FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy. Each class is designed to help you feel great during your pregnancy and prepare your body for labor. We offer classes on Tuesday evenings in Irvine. Sign up for our next session. CLICK HERE

STROLLER BARRE®

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out.

Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

BODY BOOST

Body Boost is a high-intensity interval training workout designed for mom only. This workout is a full one-hour Tabata-style class that concludes with a mindful meditation, to help give mom an hour to focus on her own health and well being. Try a free class today!
