We meet at a fully-equipped in-home garage gym near Red Hill & Irvine Blvd. in Tustin.
Do you offer nutritional coaching?
Yes, we do! Nutritional coaching includes:
- A detailed macro & calorie plan designed specifically for you
- Before & after weigh-ins & InBody muscle analysis
- Weekly 30-minute nutritional coaching calls to discuss progress
- Daily text check ins with your coach

I'm not in shape, will this be too hard for me?
This class is not HIIT & is not a competition. We encourage moms to lift heavy, relative to their own capability. We are all on our own journey.
I just had a baby, can I do this workout?
Absolutely! This is a low impact strength training workout & many of our moms have had children within the past year. Please let your trainer know if you have any injuries.
What if I have to miss a class?
Clients can sign up upto 2 weeks in advance of class. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 10 hours beforehand - especially for those 5:30 am classes!
We do require a minimum of 3 moms to hold class. If your late cancellation results in less than 3 moms being enrolled in the class, you may still be deducted a class from your pack.
How much does it cost?
As of Dec 2024, we sell drop in packs for our small group training sessions: 10 classes for $249 or 15 classes for $319.
Our personal training sessions range from $69-$99 a session. Semi-private sessions are also available at a discounted rate.
